Care Instructions

Hoodie/Pants: Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garment. We recommend washing the hoodie with similar color clothing as some of the pigment dyes can stain lighter fabrics. Washing garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining.

Shirt: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Flat Rate Shipping for Tees and Hats are $3.99 for Domestic, $6.49 for Canada, $9.99 EFTA States, $4.39 for Europe + Japan, $6.00 for Australia/New Zealand and $5.99 International

All orders ship Monday through Friday from our print facility in Chatsworth, CA. Processing takes 2-7 business days for standard shipments and 2-4 business days for expedited shipments. Most orders ship out within 5 business days. Shipping transit times are additional, and depend on which carrier you choose at checkout. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please send us a message.

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

Unsure about your size? Address change? Need to cancel?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help. Once an order goes into production it cannot be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns are permitted within 10 days of customer receiving their order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges are not permitted. You must return your item then place a new order in the size you'd like. We are a very small company, and because each shirt is made just for you we do not keep inventory.

Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Binary Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer. Please know that we are a small business and every single item counts and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and are responsible wholly for tracking.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Binary Beauty Co. to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Binary Beauty Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

This policy is in place from the date of the purchase, not date of delivery.
